Simonstown's "Multi named" main street
Did you know that the main road of Simonstown, even though it is quite short, changes its name 6 times from beginning to end. Entering into Simonstown, it starts off as Main road. In front of the station it changes to Station road and then into St George's street past Jubilee Square. The road then changes to Queens rd and then Macfarlane road after which it reverts to Main road on exiting the village.
Wow, quite a mouthful when giving directions in such a small town.
